Join the Real Estate team, focusing on clients within the Housing sector, including developers, Housing Associations, and other providers.
The role primarily involves non-contentious Housing work, such as property sales, site set up, new build sales, and related transactions like lease extensions. There will be opportunities to engage in a variety of non-contentious property matters.
The team seeks candidates with substantial residential experience in the Housing sector.
You will be joining a national team with a robust client base, as the firm has a leading presence in the Housing sector.

The Successful Applicant
Applicants should be qualified solicitors, legal executives, or licensed conveyancers with at least 5 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of the Housing sector, including client representation in this area.
