What will you be doing? You will be the escalation point for a team of technicians of varied skillsets and experience. These technicians provide remote support to clients who possess both Windows and Apple environments. You will be working with the latest Office 365 and Cloud-based network technologies across multiple client environments.

Who are we looking for? Certified Technicians (MDAA strongly preferred).

The ideal candidate must demonstrate current knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office products, Microsoft 365 (Admin portal), Azure (Entra), Intune (Endpoint Manager), and MACs up to Catalina (v15). You must also be fully versed in the Office 365 suite of products to include Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams setup on both PCs, MACs and mobile devices. You must have a solid foundation in troubleshooting user desktop issues concerning network connectivity, email, printers, and user account permissions. Regardless of what you know, this position will challenge you to quickly learn how to support a wide variety of productivity and Line of Business applications that our clients use to run their businesses.

Experience Required: 5+ Years IT Technical Support in Windows and MAC environments.

Local Candidates Only: Preferably in greater Torrance, CA area.

Preferred Current Certifications (within past 3-5 years):

Windows MDAA - Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Apple Certified Support Professional (ASCP)

Apple Certified Associate - Mac Integration Basics

Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
