We are Looking for a Therapist Who is Looking for a Change Senior Healthcare Recruiter SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is looking for an experience outpatient, orthopedic PT, OT or PTA to join its administrative team as the Senior Healthcare Recruiter (SHR). OSS operates 20 clinics with over 300 clinicians. Demand for our services has markedly increased for six consecutive years and continues to grow rapidly. The Senior Health Care Recruiter plays a critical role in not only expanding our team of therapists to meet the growing demand, but ensures that best candidates are identified and hired. A therapy background is needed to both communicate our unique culture and clinical priorities, and assess candidate quality. OSS will train the needed HR and recruitment skills. The SHR provides the day to day leadership and execution of the organization's recruitment strategy and the role includes writing, updating and posting job ads, responding to candidate inquiries, tracking candidates using recruitment software, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, organizing recruitment events, developing recruitment materials, and ensuring a seamless hiring process that aligns with the company's goals. The SHR will work closely with executive leaders and candidates to promote the organization and meet workforce demands. The OSS business office culture is collaborative, energetic and fun and committed to the ongoing development of a remarkable workplace. Typically, the schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, working on-site at our Tacoma Business office, but occasional flexibility is needed to meet applicants' scheduling needs. A comprehensive benefit package is provided. This is not a remote/hybrid position. SKILLS & PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Excellent computer and software skills, including Word, Outlook, TEAMS, and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment, Adobe Acrobat & Photoshop, etc. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality. Must be well-organized and detail-oriented. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs. Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, and the public. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program/institution. PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years as a Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapist, or Physical Therapist Assistant in an outpatient, orthopedic environment.
