We are seeking a dedicated Senior Hardware Configuration Specialist to oversee critical technical data management and change control processes specifically related to hardware components such as drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Key Responsibilities - Lead the configuration specification and technical data management processes for product design and hardware manufacturing.
- Develop, maintain, and refine detailed configuration management procedures and processes for physical components.
- Establish and oversee a single source for all engineering data, including specifications, drawings, models, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and Master Routers.
- Manage and execute the configuration change control process, including chairing the Change Configuration Board (CCB).
- Supervise and lead the Configuration Control team, starting with one direct report, with growth potential.
- Administer the PLM system (Enovia preferred) and lead data integrity initiatives, including preparing for ERP migration.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in configuration management within aerospace manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated experience with hardware configuration/document control in the aerospace sector, particularly with aerospace OEMs is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience leading or managing a team is highly advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of change control processes (CCB).
- Familiarity with PLM systems (Enovia preferred, Teamcenter or similar acceptable).
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR requirements.
- Proactive, dynamic personality capable of driving change and collaborating with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
