Location: Irvine, CaliforniaJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $165,000 - 210,000 per yearA global leader in networking and smart home technology is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive partner acquisition and growth for their business networking solutions. This role focuses on developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to optimize customer journeys, increase revenue, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will leverage integrated marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization to improve user acquisition, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:Developing and executing growth marketing campaigns to acquire and retain partners and customers.Conducting market and customer analysis to inform targeting and messaging.Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and content channels.Driving partner and customer acquisition through industry events and shows.Analyzing campaign data to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.Collaborating with product and sales teams to align marketing with product launches.Managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.Building relationships with external partners and vendors.Staying abreast of industry trends and implementing innovative marketing strategies.Qualifications:A bachelor's level degree in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline.A minimum of six to twelve years of professional experience specializing in B2B growth marketing and partner development, preferably within the realm of enterprise networking or integrated communication solutions.A verifiable history of designing and implementing impactful growth marketing strategies that resulted in substantial customer onboarding, interaction, and loyalty on a large scale. Demonstrated expertise in deploying and overseeing international product marketing initiatives across diverse geographical markets.Significant practical experience in managing advertising campaigns across various platforms, including digital, business-to-business, and trade shows.Advanced analytical capabilities, including proficiency in using data analysis software such as Google Analytics or comparable tools.Working knowledge of marketing automation software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and email marketing applications.Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to function effectively within multidisciplinary teams.Capacity to thrive in a high-velocity, dynamic work environment, effectively handling multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a focus on achieving results and ensuring quality.A strategic, problem-solving approach, with a dedication to driving business growth through innovative marketing methods.Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment.
