Job Description: The Senior Growth Marketing Manager serves as the lead for digital campaigns relative to customer loyalty program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer behavior, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing loyalty programs. The candidate will lead close collaboration amongst internal and external stakeholders and is responsible for advancing complex integrated digital marketing campaign, pricing and customer incentive strategies with strategic partners. The position reports to the Director of Growth Marketing.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive customer loyalty strategies to increase retention and engagement.
- Develop and execute strategies to advance our loyalty-focused strategic partnership in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term collaboration.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with internal/external cross-functional teams, including marketing, revenue enablement, treasury, procurement and others, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of loyalty initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of loyalty programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage the budget and resources allocated to the loyalty program, ensuring optimal utilization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the loyalty program competitive and innovative.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing customer loyalty, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, driving performance and achieving goals.
- Experience with CRM systems and loyalty programs.
- Creative thinker with a passion for customer-centric strategies.
The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia and will require commuting to office. Employer will not sponsor a visa for this position. Must be currently in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself.
