POSITION DESCRIPTION Join our small but dynamic marketing team supporting a $500M business as we expand our portfolio of 23+ brands across 50+ locations nationwide on our path to $1B in revenue. As our Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be the creative force behind visual storytelling across multiple restoration brands, developing cohesive brand identities and compelling design systems that preserve each local brand's unique character while leveraging our unified marketing approach. Primary Roles and Responsibilities Include: - Brand Identity & Guidelines Development. Create comprehensive brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and design standards for our diverse restoration brands. Develop scalable design templates and creative frameworks that maintain consistency while preserving each brand's local market identity.
- Creative Template Systems. Build efficient, scalable design systems and templates that can be easily adapted across brands and locations while maintaining professional quality and brand standards.
- Integrated Campaign Design. Design creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Create cohesive visual experiences that work seamlessly across websites, social media, email marketing, print collateral, and paid advertising platforms.
- Print & Trade Show Collateral. Develop professional print materials including brochures, business cards, signage, and trade show displays. Ensure brand consistency across all physical touchpoints while creating materials that support sales and marketing objectives.
- Paid Advertising Creative. Design high-performing ad creative for social media campaigns, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. Create multiple variations for A/B testing and optimize designs based on performance data.
- Multimedia Content Support. Collaborate on photography and video projects when needed, providing art direction and post-production design support to create compelling multimedia content.
- Website & Digital Design. Design conversion-focused website layouts, landing pages, and digital experiences that drive customer engagement and business results. Create responsive designs that work across all devices and optimize user experience.
Desired Skills and Experience - Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related creative field
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience at a medium to large advertising agency or large enterprise where you've been mentored and trained in professional design practices and brand management
Core Requirements: - Graphic Design Mastery. Strong understanding of graphic design principles including typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy. Demonstrated ability to create professional, polished designs across multiple formats and mediums.
- Brand System Development. Proven experience creating comprehensive brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and scalable design templates for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Technical Proficiency. Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with design tools like Figma or Sketch for web/digital design.
- Multi-Channel Design Experience. Portfolio demonstrating versatility across website design, print collateral, digital advertising, social media content, and trade show materials.
- Agency or Enterprise Background. Experience working in a structured creative environment where you've learned efficient workflows, client presentation skills, and professional design standards.
Preferred Skills: - Photography & Video. Basic photography and video skills are a plus, including understanding of composition, lighting, and post-production editing.
- Web Design Knowledge. Understanding of responsive design principles and user experience best practices.
