Summary/Objective:We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of visual storytelling, expert knowledge of design principles, and the ability to deliver compelling visuals that align with our brand identity and business goals. You will be responsible for producing a wide range of visual content across digital and print platforms.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Design marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, product packaging, sales sheets, trade show banners, digital advertisements, social media graphics, email visuals and website graphics.
  • Prepare design assets for both print and digital use, ensuring files are optimized and delivered to specifications.
  • Maintain and continually refine brand standards across all platforms.
  • Design branded promotional items, giveaways, event swag, apparel, and merchandise.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility guidelines (color contrast, font sizing, alt text).
  • Manage and organize a comprehensive design library including reusable templates and brand assets.
  • Support event branding, trade show graphics, and internal communication materials as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas and fresh visual perspectives.
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders, marketing, product, and content teams to execute campaign visuals effectively and project objectives.
  • Communication with dealers.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in brand strategy and development, including the ability to concept, create, and execute strategically driven identities, visual brand systems and other corporate collateral.
  • Expertise in web design and online design systems, with the ability to work hand in hand with other creatives, programmers, and developers to create effective and beautiful websites.
  • Manage multiple projects with varying timelines and deliverables.
  • Full-time onsite position
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 3-5 years' professional graphic design experience, ideally within a marketing or advertising context, with a heavy video focus.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Motion graphics, video editing and UI/UX knowledge, a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital and print design process.
  • Experience managing and maintaining brand identity systems.
  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (example: WCAG).
  • Effective communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to take constructive feedback while working with a collaborative spirit.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and versatility across formats.
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory and layout principles.
  • Knowledge of print/production processes.
Physical Demands:
  • Work with hands and fingers daily; keyboarding and mouse usage.
  • Extended periods of computer operation and monitoring are part of the daily routine.
  • Work with large scale printers and lamination and seal machine.
Work Environment:
  • The position is in an office setting with extended periods working on a personal computer.
  • Occasionally visits to the manufacturing area which may exposed to noise, smells, heat, etc.
