As the Senior Global Peripheral Vascular (PV) Product Manager, you will drive comprehensive product strategy and lifecycle management, integrating in-depth customer feedback and market analysis to achieve commercial success and meet strategic objectives.

Your role:
  • Oversee the entire End-to-End (E2E) lifecycle management process to align with business strategies, market demands, and future portfolio changes
  • Review and finalize value propositions and approve business cases to effectively communicate the benefits and justify investments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and supporting decision-making processes
  • Define and manage the product roadmap and development lifecycle from concept to launch using Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM) frameworks.
  • Ensure timely delivery, cost-performance balance, financial viability, etc. oversees market readiness, and ensures the completion of deliverables such as feature descriptions, value propositions, and costing materials.
You're the right fit if:
  • You've acquired 8+ years of experience in downstream product marketing
  • Your skills include strategic marketing, product marketing and launch, and market development
  • You have a bachelor's degree OR 5+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Product Management, Project Management, Marketing or equivalent.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office-based role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $136,000 to $216,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
