As a member of the Amazon Q Customer Success Team (Q-CST), you will utilize your extensive knowledge of AWS data services to deliver transformative solutions. Working alongside sales and partner teams, you will architect and implement cutting-edge Generative AI solutions that enhance customer experiences.
Your Responsibilities Include: - Designing and implementing scalable Generative AI solutions using Amazon Q and various AWS AI/ML services.
- Developing strategies to enhance application performance, ensure scalability, and optimize costs.
- Creating frameworks that promote knowledge sharing and streamline AI application deployment.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions focused on user experience and accessibility.
- Maintaining compliance with security best practices throughout the AI implementation process.
A Typical Day: You will begin your day engaging with team members across different time zones to review AI application architectures. Your day may involve:
- Participating in technical design sessions.
- Collaborating with UX designers to enhance AI interfaces.
- Mentoring colleagues on AI best practices.
- Understanding customer needs and proposing tailored AI solutions.

Basic Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.
- 7+ years of consulting or professional services experience.
- 5+ years of experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience in software development with an object-oriented programming language.
- A Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of related professional or military experience.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience leading AI/ML workloads and implementations in complex environments.
- Proven success in delivering enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions.
- International consulting and professional services delivery experience.
- Strong CI/CD implementation experience.
- Experience in evaluating customer readiness and engaging at the C-Level.
- Published technical content or speaking engagements at industry conferences.
- Experience in selling consulting or professional services.

This position will remain open until filled. Compensation varies by geographic market and factors such as experience and skills. The base pay ranges from $138,200 to $239,000 annually for this role, alongside a total compensation package that includes additional benefits.
