We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to lead our efforts in optimizing and transforming client business processes through strategic ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business process consulting within the ServiceNow ecosystem, showcasing a profound ability to deliver high-impact solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and scalability. This role demands deep engagement with clients to understand their strategic goals, coupled with the leadership to guide teams through complex ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities
    • Lead in-depth analysis of client's current business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation using ServiceNow.
    • Develop comprehensive business process re-engineering strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
    • Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and actionable ServiceNow implementation plans.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices to support strategic decisions.
    • Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of ServiceNow projects that meet and exceed client expectations.
    • Spearhead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transition and high adoption rates of new processes and systems.
    • Design and deliver tailored training programs to clients, empowering them with the knowledge to maximize the benefits of their ServiceNow investment.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications & Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and practical experience
    • 5+ years of proven experience in business process consulting, with a strong focus on ServiceNow solutions.
    • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale ServiceNow implementation projects with significant business impact.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow's platform capabilities and how they can be leveraged to solve business challenges.
Functional & Desired Skills
    • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional communication and client management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization.
    • Strong leadership qualities and experience mentoring team members.
    • Certification in ServiceNow System Administration or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist is a plus.
