Job Summary:

The E2E Senior CRM Functional Analyst will be a key member of the Commercial Systems team, reporting to the Manager, IT Commercial CRM Systems. This position involves supporting the client†s commercial expansion with new products, markets, and functions by providing business analysis and general IT support across the entire business entity. The Senior Functional Analyst will work with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to define business processes, design solutions, and implement technical solutions on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex business and systems analysis work, including gathering and analyzing requirements from business users and technical teams.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Understand Apex (coding not required) and apply it to business solutions.
  • Provide expertise and consulting on operational reporting and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including validation rules, flows, and other configurations.
  • Deploy configuration options while addressing technical challenges.
  • Assist with evaluating third-party tools for feasibility and business impact.
  • Support the business team in creating requirements documentation, including use cases, process flows, and system interface diagrams.
  • Create Functional Design Documentation based on business requirements.
  • Communicate project status effectively with business users and stakeholders.
  • Develop test plans with users, coordinate test activities, and help execute test components.
  • Perform other duties as required to support business needs.
  • Ability to work across CST or EST time zones.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor†s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with the Salesforce Platform.
  • Strong experience working in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in a regulated environment, with international experience being a plus.
  • Understanding of Jira and Agile processes.
  • Experience in providing business analysis and system configuration deliverables focused on process improvement.
  • Proven knowledge of the software and systems development life cycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with healthcare systems and regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry.
  • International experience in working with global teams or systems.
Certifications:

Salesforce Certification (preferred but not required).

Primary Skills:

5+ years of recent experience working with Salesforce.

Experience in healthcare systems.

Knowledge and experience working with Jira and Agile processes.

Education: Bachelors Degree
