On any given day, you may be tasked with implementing cutting-edge customer-facing web features, optimizing database queries, enhancing backend analytic computations, or developing IoT interfaces that integrate seamlessly with device firmware.

Being part of a small, agile team means wearing multiple hats. You will closely collaborate with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, Firmware engineers, and Customer Success teams to navigate challenges and deliver exceptional products to customers. Frequently used technologies include:
  • React
  • NextJS
  • NodeJS
  • MongoDB
  • Postgres
  • RESTful APIs

Responsibilities
  • Engage in all stages of Agile software development, encompassing design, implementation, and deployment.

  • Continuously enhance existing infrastructure to meet the security and reliability standards that our customers expect.
  • Partner with the customer success team and engage directly with clients to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Enhance processes and documentation to boost future efficiency.
About You
  • 7-9 years of experience in developing high-performance, modern applications.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Fundamental knowledge of data modeling, normalization, and transformation pipelines for scaled applications.
  • Enthusiasm for collaboration with cross-functional partners and customer-oriented teams.
  • Practical judgment to identify when to apply quick solutions versus investing time in robust architecture.
  • A sense of accountability for the engineering process and culture at our company, as well as for collective success.
  • A degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
About The Team

The team embraces a philosophy of over-communication. In a remote work setting, this principle is crucial. Whether it involves asking any question, sharing concerns, providing feedback, or documenting technical information, everyone is encouraged to contribute. We also value convention over configuration, ensuring that our tech stacks remain similar across projects to facilitate quick onboarding and adaptability. Continuous improvement is at the heart of our development cycle, as we explore new solutions, methodologies, and technologies that enhance our efficiency and effectiveness.

Benefits:
  • Generous time-off policies and paid holidays.
  • Competitive total compensation package, including equity.
