What You Will Do - Architect and build features end-to-end for a next-generation marketing and growth platform
- Lead development of intuitive interfaces that enable non-technical users to easily engage with advanced ML and AI
- Collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional teams to understand real-world behavior and needs
- Work alongside ML engineers to surface insights that empower marketers to make confident decisions
- Design and implement a deep analytics and observability platform for key marketing insights
- Integrate complex ML models into highly interactive user interfaces
- Craft intuitive interfaces for marketing teams to set up complex experiments
Ideal Candidate Background - 4+ years of software engineering experience with emphasis on frontend (70%) and backend (30%)
- Proven experience building and architecting ML and data observability platforms
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments (Series A-D)
- Demonstrated trajectory of growth in previous roles
- Experience developing customer-facing products with fast feedback loops
- Strong proficiency with Node and React
- History of working on projects end-to-end with high level of ownership
- Ability to independently lead and architect complex frontend systems
- Deep understanding of good backend API design and data models
Preferred - Experience with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Background in marketing technology or growth tools
- College degree
