Your Responsibilities: - Lead diverse technology projects and mentor a talented team of developers specializing in distributed microservices and full stack systems, focusing on solutions that fulfill regulatory requirements.
- Stay ahead of tech trends, explore new technologies, and actively participate in both internal and external tech communities.
- Collaborate with digital product managers to develop robust, cloud-based solutions that enhance user experiences and empower Americans financially.
- Utilize a breadth of programming languages and tools including JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, various databases, and AWS services.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering (internship experience not included)
- 1+ years of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree
- 7+ years of experience with JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
- 3+ years of experience in cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure
- 4+ years of experience with open source frameworks
- 1+ years of experience in people management
- 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies

The salary range for this position is $175,800 - $200,700. This range applies primarily to the Richmond, VA area, and may vary based on the candidate's location. In addition, this role is eligible for performance-based bonuses and long-term incentives.
