Responsibilities: As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will engage in diverse projects that contribute to the development and maintenance of systems for note generation, AI analysis, risk assessment, and more. This role requires creating intricate, multi-step AI workflows combined with hands-on frontend and backend development. AI plays a vital role in both our products and workflows, and we leverage AI tools to foster a full-stack development approach across our team. You will be an integral part of a compact, cross-functional group that values swift iterations, practical problem-solving, and meticulous execution.
Must-Have Skills: - 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and React
- Experience with AI analysis and risk evaluation
- Ability to create multi-step AI workflows
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to work on-site 3 days per week in NYC
