What You'll Do: - Work closely with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and maintain comprehensive technical solutions using full-stack development tools and technologies.
- Stay ahead of technological trends, explore new technologies, contribute to tech communities, and mentor fellow engineers.
- Partner with digital product managers to create powerful cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans in their financial journeys.
- Leverage programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, as well as Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases with Container Orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, utilizing various AWS tools and services.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software engineering (internships do not count)
Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience with at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
- 1+ years of experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
- 3+ years of experience with open source frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience applying Agile practices.

McLean, VA: $158,600 - $181,000 for Senior Software Engineer
Compensation may also include performance-based incentives including cash bonuses or long-term incentives, with eligibility contingent on the specific plan terms.
