Your Responsibilities: - Oversee and guide a diverse portfolio of technology projects while leading a skilled team in developing distributed microservices and full stack systems that meet the company's regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on technology trends, experiment with innovations, engage with tech communities, and mentor fellow engineers to foster growth and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with digital product managers to design and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that enhance user experiences.
- Utilize a range of programming languages and technologies, including JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, as well as various AWS tools and services.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering (excluding internship experience).
- At least 1 year of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree.
- 7+ years of experience with at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
- 3+ years of experience working with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
- 4+ years of experience in utilizing open-source frameworks.
- 1+ years of experience managing a team.
- 2+ years of experience applying Agile methodologies in projects.
