Your Responsibilities: - Lead a diverse portfolio of technology projects, guiding a talented team in developing distributed microservices and full stack systems to meet regulatory requirements.
- Stay ahead of technology trends and cultivate your passion for experimentation and community involvement while mentoring fellow engineers.
- Collaborate closely with digital product managers to build robust cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans financially.
- Utilize an array of programming languages including JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, along with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services (Docker, Kubernetes), and various AWS tools and services.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience (internships do not apply).
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree.
- 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following languages: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
- 3+ years of experience in cloud services (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or similar).
- 4+ years of experience with open-source frameworks.
- 1+ years of experience in managing people.
- 2+ years working in Agile methodologies.

The salary range for this role in Chicago, IL is $175,800 - $200,700. Compensation may also include performance-based incentives, such as cash bonuses or long-term incentives.
