Description:

As a Full stack Java Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform. This hands-on position requires expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular. You will collaborate closely with platform leaders to translate the overall vision into actionable plans for our development pods. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of high-impact, high-profile global products.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70 - $75 / hr. w2

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain full stack applications using Java, Springboot, Microservices, and Angular.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications in Java or Angular (optional but beneficial)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Proven experience in full stack development with a strong portfolio of projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
