A fast-growing startup based in Los Angeles (hybrid) is looking for a full-time Full Stack Software Python Engineer to help build the next generation of their real-time data and automation platform. The company operates in the tech space, combining AI, real-time data, and intuitive user experiences. Their stack includes Python/Django, JavaScript (React), PostgreSQL, Typescript and AWS.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency with Python/Django and modern JavaScript (React or similar)
• Experience designing REST APIs and working with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native architecture
• Ability to own features end-to-end-from architecture to deployment
Desired Skills & Experience
• Exposure to AI/ML pipelines, including LLMs, RAG, or agents
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Fargate), and performance optimization
• Prior experience in data-rich domains such as logistics or operations
• Strong product intuition and ability to work cross-functionally with product and design teams

Daily Responsibilities
• 60% Backend and API development in Python/Django
• 30% Frontend development in JavaScript/React
• 10% Collaboration, code reviews, and architecture discussions
