Full-Stack Software Engineer (On-site, SF)

San Francisco, CA Full-time $150K - $250K + Equity Multiple Headcount Visa Transfers Available (H1B, TN)

We're working with a rapidly scaling stealth-mode AI company in San Francisco that's building fully autonomous digital workers-designed to own and execute specific jobs end-to-end. The team is composed of elite operators and ex-founders from unicorn startups, global tech firms, and top-tier strategy consultancies. Backed by top investors, they're looking to grow the engineering team with world-class full-stack engineers.

This is not your typical IC role. If you're someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves to ship fast, and wants to take extreme ownership over product and infrastructure-this could be your next adventure.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and own full-stack features from design to deployment across a modern TS/React/Next.js/Node.js stack

• Solve high-impact product problems with speed and autonomy

• Collaborate closely with founders and early team members

• Work on-site in San Francisco every day (this is critical)


• What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer or substantial work across both frontend and backend

(Exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered)

• Strong TypeScript experience (required)

• Comfortable navigating both FE (Next.js, React) and BE (Node.js)

• Ownership mentality - someone who will pick up whatever is necessary to get the job done

• Track record of staying at companies for meaningful periods

• Able to compress 2-week sprints into 2-day delivery cycles

Bonus Points For:

• Experience at hypergrowth startups (e.g., employees)

• Founding engineer or technical founder experience

• Projects or achievements outside work (e.g., math olympiads, indie apps, etc.)

• Top-tier academic background

Soft Skills:

• Operates well in chaos and ambiguity

• Bias to action, thrives under pressure

• Deep desire to build fast and deliver real value

Avoid if:

• You've bounced around jobs yearly with no clear rationale

• Your experience is purely big tech with no startup/fast-paced exposure

No. This is an in-person role in SF, Monday-Friday. Must already be in SF or open to relocating.
