Key Responsibilities: - Work alongside Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across various full-stack development tools and technologies.

Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 3 years of software engineering experience (not including internships)
Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
- 1+ years of experience with AWS or other cloud services
- 3+ years of experience with open source frameworks
- 2+ years of experience in Agile methodologies
Compensation: Capital One offers a competitive salary range of $158,600 - $181,000 for Senior Software Engineers in McLean, VA, and $144,200 - $164,600 in Richmond, VA. Additional performance-based incentives may apply.
