Senior Full Stack Developer Leader for a
Contract job with a client in
Windsor CT(Hybrid) . The ideal candidate must have strong leadership in .NET Core and team mentoring; responsible for setting coding standards and leading the development of scalable, high-performance applications.
Rate Range: $95/hour to $100/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Senior Full Stack Developer Leader job responsibilities include: - Leading the design, development, and implementation of .NET Core applications
- Mentoring developers and enforcing coding standards across the team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features
- Driving continuous improvements in application performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Participating in technical planning, code reviews, and agile development processes
Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in .NET Core, C , and RESTful APIs
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization
- Proficiency in Git and Source Control Systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery cycles

Amresh.Praveen Pay Details: $95.00 to $100.00 per hour
