The Senior Full Stack Software Developer delivers a broad range of modern technology solutions and drives software best practices to support key business outcomes across the company. This role leads development efforts for medium to large-scale initiatives, focusing on full-stack web and mobile applications using C , SQL, Blazor, Flutter, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue). The developer is also responsible for maintaining UI/UX excellence, building CI/CD pipelines, and deploying solutions across cloud and container platforms.
This is a hands-on mentorship role that works closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and enterprise architects to design, develop, and deploy high-impact solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong experience in both mobile development and web application development
- Expertise in server-side languages (e.g. C , Java, and Node.js) and frameworks (e.g. ASP.NET Core and Spring)
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Svelte, Blazor), HTML, CSS, and responsive design
- Strong experience with relational (Microsoft SQL) and NoSQL databases
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud development experience in Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in UI/UX-focused development and responsive design
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders and team members
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Expertise in Blazor (WebAssembly or Server) preferred
- Hands-on experience with Flutter and mobile application development preferred
- Exposure to machine learning or AI applications preferred
- Experience with DevSecOps and secure coding practices preferred
- Proficiency with container orchestration using Kubernetes, Docker, and HELM preferred
- Experience monitoring applications with tools like Dynatrace preferred
Travel: 0-10%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack solutions using C (.NET Core), SQL Server, Blazor or React
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
- Drive UI/UX design standards to ensure modern, accessible, and responsive user experiences across web and mobile
- Design, create and deploy applications in cloud environments (Azure or GCP) using SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and Serverless computer models
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate tests, and implement DevSecOps practices
- Develop integrations and microservices using RESTful APIs and container platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, and HELM
- Collaborate across teams, attend requirements, design and other project meetings.
- Track action items and deliverables to completion
- Monitor and optimize application performance using tools like Dynatrace
- Coach and mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team
- Code reviews of junior developers
- Support digital initiatives involving SaaS platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
