Abstract: Fletcher is a web app that leverages AWS services and generative AI to enhance the user feedback review process at By integrating AWS Bedrock and Anthropic's Claude, Fletcher extracts actionable insights, considers client sentiment, and identifies key action items for improvement. Participants will learn how to automate feedback analysis, reducing manual review time and enabling data-driven UX decisions. Client how Fletcher's use of AWS Step Functions and Glue ensures a streamlined process, leading to faster product iterations and increased client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Primarily Angular, Node, AWS, Python, Typescript, Gen AI tools.

High Level Requirements:
Languages: Typescript, Python
AWS Services: Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, Aurora, Event Bridge, ApiGateway
DB: Postgres
FE Framework: Angular, Jest for testing
BE: No framework, AWS power tools familiarity would be nice, tested in pytest.

Bonus Skills:
AWS Glue
AWS Sagemaker
AWS Bedrock

Main Work Requirements:
Orchestration of micro services to pull and push data from/to DB.

The frontend is an Angular SPA application. 80-100% Code Coverage expected.
The back end consists of both Python and Typescript lambdas. 80-100% Code coverage expected.
We're using TypeORM as the ORM to manage connections from a Typescript lambda to the DB.

The main concern is getting everything stood up to automate ingestion of data from one data source, running it through a Bedrock endpoint, and saving/reading the results to a DB.
