Key Responsibilities: - Lead a group of skilled developers experienced in distributed microservices, micro-frontends, and full-stack systems.
- Develop robust Front End Applications, employing test-driven development principles.
- Take ownership of the technical design and implementation of complex, multi-platform application systems.
- Share your enthusiasm for emerging technologies, actively participating in technology communities, and mentor aspiring engineers.
- Work collaboratively with digital product managers to create impactful cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans financially.
- Utilize your expertise in programming languages such as TypeScript (React, Node), HTML/CSS, and open source frameworks while ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience (internships excluded).
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree.
- 7+ years of experience with JavaScript, React, Node, or TypeScript.
- 4+ years of working with open source frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience following Agile methodologies.
Salary Information: The compensation range for this position includes:
- Cambridge, MA: $193,400 - $220,700
- McLean, VA: $193,400 - $220,700
- New York, NY: $211,000 - $240,800
