The startup has secured substantial seed funding and currently operates with a dedicated team of about 12 employees, including 11 engineers who are passionate about technology.
The role offers a competitive salary of up to $250k, along with the potential for lucrative equity opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end code using React and Next.js.
- Select and refine the technical stack to enhance scalability over time.
- Strengthen the codebase to mitigate risks and protect from misuse.
- Conduct code reviews, offering constructive feedback for team improvement.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to continually enhance skills.
- Collaborate with back-end engineers for seamless API and service integration.
Qualifications: - Proficiency in React and relevant technologies.
- Genuine enthusiasm for generative AI and its applications.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in front-end development; more experience is advantageous.
- Passion for performance, security, and reliability in coding practices.
- A history of effective coding that establishes a solid foundation for team projects.
