Position Overview

As the Senior FP&A Analyst, you will own and optimize processes for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis. Partnering with senior leadership, you'll evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), identify growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that drive long-term strategy. With 7+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A, you will bring a critical level of expertise, ensuring our financial planning processes align with company objectives and drive value across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion across teams.
  • KPI Development & Tracking: Design, analyze, and monitor financial and operational KPIs to identify actionable trends and improvement areas.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to evaluate corporate strategies, assess growth opportunities, and provide scenario analyses.
  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Build dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide easy-to-digest insights for critical decision-making.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct financial variance analysis and identify drivers of performance against plan.
  • Decision Support: Develop financial models and analyses to support investments, projects, and strategic decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Optimize reports and processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A, preferably with a background in manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and KPI development.
  • Proficiency in Power BI: Experience creating dashboards, reports, and performing data visualization.
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and other financial systems.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior leadership.
