Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 + Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST:
- Independently develop and implement solutions to complex challenges for Marketing, Culinary, and Operations teams.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights to influence strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and coordinate weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Perform testing and risk analysis for marketing tactics, menu adjustments, and pricing strategies.
- Provide analytical support for pricing actions and financial planning.
- Streamline reporting processes through automation and simplification.
- Teach and coach analytical techniques, model building, and effective business communication.
- Collaborate with key business partners to ensure alignment and maximize value creation.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Project management experience with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Self-starter mindset with the initiative to promote change when needed.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (MBA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as R, Alteryx, or robotic process automation.
- Knowledge of statistics, corporate finance, and accounting principles.
- Experience with financial systems like HFM, Oracle, MicroStrategy BI, or OneStream.
- Background in testing analysis of business initiatives.
