LHH is partnering with a prominent manufacturing/distribution organization within Passaic County, NJ who is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join their growing team. This role is crucial for business partnering with department heads, providing strategic insights, and leading financial planning and analysis efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare and present monthly financial updates and quarterly board review decks.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide critical thinking and strategic mindset to drive business performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Netsuite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in manufacturing/distribution preferred.
- Proven ability to take the lead on budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
