A Leading Services Company located in Morris County, NJ is searching for a Senior Financial Analyst with responsibilities as follows:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and forecasting
- Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends, variances, and key insights
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple departments
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and insights
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling for strategic initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and perform variance analysis
- Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and executive presentations
- Ensure financial data integrity and accuracy in reporting systems
Qualified candidates for the Senior Financial Analyst position will possess:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 4+ years of related work experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The total compensation range for this opportunity is $115,000 to $125,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits.
