Senior Financial Analyst


Are you ready to make a strategic impact through financial insights in a mission-driven organization? Tatum is partnering with a rapidly growing, privately held healthcare services company in search of a Senior Financial Analyst to join its high-performing leadership team.

This is a pivotal opportunity for a results-driven finance professional to become the first dedicated analyst within the organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior Financial Analyst will establish and scale the FP&A function while providing critical insights that influence executive decision-making and long-term strategy.


This is a hybrid position based near Broomall, Pennsylvania, with most responsibilities performed remotely and occasional on-site presence required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust financial models and dashboards (primarily in Power BI) to improve visibility, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional accountability.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes to support key business initiatives and strategic objectives.
  • Partner with department leaders to evaluate business cases, investment opportunities, and operational improvements.
  • Analyze financial and operational KPIs, surfacing risks, trends, and opportunities to enhance performance and margin optimization.
  • Support timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements and automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the FP&A function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in FP&A, ideally within the professional, tech-enabled services sectors or healthcare.
  • Proven expertise in Power BI, with strong experience building dashboards and financial tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills and hands-on familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or similar platforms).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills; comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
