Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A Analyst: -
Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.

Provide insights into key business drivers through variance analysis and performance tracking.

Prepare dashboards and executive-level presentations for senior leadership.

Lead ROI and profitability analysis for new initiatives and cost-optimization efforts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of business decisions.

Support long-range planning and the annual budgeting process.

Participate in M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning.

Assist with month-end close activities and partner with accounting to ensure GAAP compliance.

Drive process improvements and leverage financial systems to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A Analyst: -
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus).

3+ years of FP&A experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Strong proficiency in financial modeling and performance analytics.

Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.

Working knowledge of ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.

Solid understanding of GAAP, corporate finance, and financial reporting.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver insights with confidence.

Exposure to accounting functions and M&A is a plus.
