Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A Analyst:

  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.

  • Provide insights into key business drivers through variance analysis and performance tracking.

  • Prepare dashboards and executive-level presentations for senior leadership.

  • Lead ROI and profitability analysis for new initiatives and cost-optimization efforts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of business decisions.

  • Support long-range planning and the annual budgeting process.

  • Participate in M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning.

  • Assist with month-end close activities and partner with accounting to ensure GAAP compliance.

  • Drive process improvements and leverage financial systems to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.



Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus).

  • 3+ years of FP&A experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and performance analytics.

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.

  • Solid understanding of GAAP, corporate finance, and financial reporting.

  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver insights with confidence.

  • Exposure to accounting functions and M&A is a plus.
