Key Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Accountant:

Collaborate with the senior executive team on financial analysis and modeling, creating reports and providing insights to drive key business decisions

Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting to ensure accuracy and support financial planning

Develop and maintain standard processes and procedures for accounting functions

In this dual finance and accounting role, help update and implement new accounting standards

Oversee internal controls and compliance across financial operations

Serve as the primary liaison to the external audit team

Assist with various ad-hoc financial projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)

Experience in manufacturing accounting is a must
