The Senior Finance Manager for Building Automation Business Analysis & Planning (BAP) supports the $7B Honeywell Building Automation segment and plays a key role in driving business outcomes through planning & forecasting, reporting & analysis, and process transformation. This role reports to the Senior Director Finance BA Business Analysis & Planning as part of a team which is tasked with creating increased visibility into operational strategy and performance, with the goal of driving speed, quality and cost efficiency. You will play a part and lead others in supporting BAs planning transformation.

Responsibilities
- Own Building Automation Forecast cycles
- Responsible for each of the forecast cycles (system, processes and people), inclusive of formal forecast (8+4), Rolling Forecast, and AOP
- System Preparation/Coordination with HON Systems team (HP and SRO)
- Calendar creation for all planning cycles, including creation and maintenance of planning standard operating procedures
- Performance analysis and reporting - assist with monthly Short Rage Outlook (SRO)/Medium Range Outlook (MRO) Deck Preparation
- Lead and drive Rolling Forecast deployment across BA Regions and GBEs
- Drive adoption of 6-Quarter rolling forecast models with Regions and key stakeholders by working closely with the Finance Digital Operations (FDO) team
- Lead the enhancement of digital rolling forecasts across various business models
- Drive system transformation to support forecasting across multiple dimensions such as source regions, destination countries, and business models
- Responsible for creating the Rolling forecast at the GBE and Region intersections
- Lead BAP Process efficiency initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement and simplification in Monthly Closing, Weekly Pulsing, Monthly Forecast and Reporting processes
- Ability to recommend and implement process improvements and establish clear guidelines to get the desired outcomes
- Coordinate across the organization through BA Alignment calls, training, and office hours to align the Regions and GBEs on key upcoming deliverables
- Partner with leadership - anticipate the needs of customers, focus work processes on customer satisfaction
- Lead and Drive new Income Statement Analytics
- Ideate and drive new analytics working with key BAP stakeholders to improve understanding of actual performance and drive better forecasting routines
- Focus on trends, historicals and utilization of enterprise data warehouse to provide better insights into key operational drivers for income statement metrics
- Work with a team of Global Finance Center (GFC) resources to build new analytical tools that provide Real Time data and reports for stakeholders
- Convert insights achieved from this process to drive better forecasts for the next cycles
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor&s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in Hyperion, Oracle Essbase and ERP systems, including SAP
