As a Senior Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services for our Energy projects in South Carolina. You will work on-site, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our energy solutions. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work on-site in South Carolina. In this role, you will impact the success of our Energy projects by: - Installing, maintaining, and repairing energy systems and equipment - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions - Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide technical expertise - Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Install, maintain, and repair energy systems and equipment

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Field Service Technician in the energy industry

Strong technical knowledge and expertise in energy systems and equipment

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

WE VALUE

Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

Experience with energy management systems and controls

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the energy industry

Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
