Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Senior FF&E Designer who can confidently lead the sourcing, specification, and delivery of exceptional furniture, finishes, lighting, art, and accessories for luxury residences. You'll play a pivotal role in realising the studio's creative vision across multiple prestigious projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate and source world-class furniture, textiles, lighting, artwork, and accessories that reflect each project's bespoke vision.

  • Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, and procurement documentation.

  • Liaise directly with suppliers, artisans, and makers to ensure the highest quality and timely delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with the wider design and technical team to maintain cohesive project narratives.

  • Attend client presentations and site visits as a key representative of the studio's FF&E department.

About You:

  • Deep knowledge of global suppliers, manufacturers, and custom furniture production.

  • Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and exceptional taste.

  • Confident managing large-scale FF&E budgets, procurement timelines, and installations.

  • Friendly, collaborative, and communicative, with a proactive attitude.

  • Full UK driver's license and access to a car (travel to sites in the Home Counties is required).

This is a full-time, studio-based position (Monday to Friday).
