Senior Federal Human Capital Consultant Job Overview: R3 Government Solutions (R3) provides human resources operations services, human capital strategy, and custom training to federal clients. This position is part of an R3 team that supports the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) with a variety of strategic human capital initiatives. Responsibilities and Duties:
• Independently gather and analyze organizational and workforce data to support organizational transformation and modernization initiatives

• Present findings, conclusions, and recommendations in a variety of formats to multiple stakeholders

• Manage schedule, communication, and documentation associated with initiatives; anticipate risks and roadblocks and mitigate them

• Develop professional tools, templates, standard operating procedures, white papers, and other work products as required

• Use business process improvement, organizational change management, and other consulting techniques in support of human capital initiatives

• Adhere to meeting, communication, and reporting norms as dictated by the customer and R3 project manager Qualifications:
• Secret clearance

• Over 10 years of professional experience and a Master's degree (I/O Psychology desirable) or equivalent (12 years of relevant work experience)

• Microsoft Office software proficiency

• Experience with Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) strongly preferred
