Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Senior Executive Assistant to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) activities. The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems. The Executive Assistant will serve as the Senior Executive Assistant for the Office Director (OD) to support all aspects of his/her daily work routine, coordinate work with ARPA-H staff as needed and play a key role in the coordination of staff efforts both within and outside the office and Agency. The Senior Executive Assistant candidate should have experience in the areas below and working in fast paced environments and supporting senior leadership. 1) Track all actions/taskers/meetings for the OD to ensure all items are addressed in a timely fashion (i.e.: scheduling, responding to data calls, providing input to briefings, developing talking points and coordinating responses and input for upcoming meetings with internal and external stakeholders) 2) Track and follow-up on action items for the office and OD. 3) Take meeting minutes/notes for OD. 4) Create and edit program and administrative documents. 5) Assist in Front Office activities and processes including planning, prioritization, and execution. 6) Assist the OD in the development of presentations and white papers for internal and external audiences. 7) Determine priority of matters of attention for the OD; redirect matters to staff or handle individually, as appropriate. 8) Keep the OD advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up. 9) Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties. 10) Schedule office meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials. 11) Maintain paper and electronic filing systems. 12) Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned NIH business system experience is desired but not required. Experience supporting executives in a government R&D agency is strongly preferred Qualification Requirements: Education High School diploma, bachelor's degree in business related field preferred Clearance HHS, NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain) Experience A minimum of 5 years working with senior leadership in a government contractor environment.
