We are seeking a resourceful and proactive individual to support senior leaders by managing shifting priorities with professionalism, discretion, and a solutions-oriented mindset. This role extends beyond traditional administrative responsibilities to include driving key projects, improving operational workflows, and fostering alignment across critical initiatives.


The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail who thrives in fast-paced settings and excels at multitasking and problem-solving. As a key partner to senior leaders, you'll play an integral role in supporting daily operations and collaborating cross-functionally across the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including managing complex global calendars and coordinating meetings to reflect strategic priorities and maximize efficiency.
  • Organize and oversee team meetings by preparing materials, managing logistics, taking detailed notes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
  • Coordinate logistics for team events, leadership off-sites, and on-sites, with in-person attendance as required.
  • Plan and execute seamless international and domestic travel itineraries.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Lead special projects from planning through execution, meeting timelines, budgets, and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across leadership and the broader administrative community to facilitate effective communication.
  • Enhance operational alignment by improving cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  • Prepare professional, executive-level presentations and correspondence.
  • Provide backup administrative support to other senior executives as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, particularly in sales or high-growth environments.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-time-zone and international environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a record of delivering results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of an organization.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and sensitivity when managing confidential information.

Hourly Pay: $70-$75/hour
