A fantastic, one-of-a-kind global consulting firm is seeking a stellar Executive Assistant to join their team in Houston, TX. If you are a collaborative, team-oriented individual, who has a 'no task too small' mentality this is the role for you. The Executive Assistant will support a team of 6-8 executives with all administrative responsibilities. This is a true gatekeeper position.
$80-90k base + paid overtime + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits.
Downtown Houston - the firm offers a HYBRID schedule, 3 days in office/2 remote (Monday-Friday)
Typical Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm
Responsibilities include (but aren't limited to):
- Manage complex calendaring, prepare business travel itineraries, and process expense and time reports.
- Anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, effectively handle calendar conflicts, and proactively manage schedule changes.
- Create and edit correspondence, invoices, engagement letters, and presentation materials.
- Planning domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries).
- Handle sensitive and urgent information from clients.
- Strategically and effectively coordinate with both internal and external parties.
- Assist in managing and responding to emails and requests in a timely fashion.
- Planning and coordination of internal/external events (venues, vendors, logistics, catering, etc.) Some travel is expected for events.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Administrative/Executive Assistant experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Discretion/confidentiality
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office
