Senior EWM Systems Analyst

Job Description: Designing and configuring business processes in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module imbedded inside SAP application for Production Mills, Distribution Centers, and Materials Replenishment Operation module in SAP. Gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating requirements into functional and technical solutions. Working with business SMEs to deliver and support solutions. Troubleshooting customer reported issues and assisting users with day-to-day production support in a timely manner. Troubleshooting issues relating to Idocs, Queues and other discrepancies across systems. Working with Development, Middleware, and external vendors to make sure systems are supporting existing and new business requirements/demands. Creating and maintaining functional specifications, executing test plans and coordination of user acceptance testing. Performing root cause and impact analysis, documentation, and training. Working collaboratively with an extended team of functional and technical resources. Analyzing problems to provide solution alternatives and recommendations; Providing SAP thought leadership and SME expertise as needed. Minimum Requirements: Employer requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience with the implementation and configuration of SAP EWM. Of the required experience, must have: 5 years of experience in Queue Processing in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM); 5 years of experience in configuring and setting up new manufacturing sites and distribution facilities in EWM; 3 years of experience with designing processes pertaining to Consumer Products Industry; 2 years of experience in integrating EWM with s/4 HANA or ECC components including Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, and Plant Maintenance; and Completed 2 full life cycle EWM implementations.
