Job Summary:
Are you ready to take the reins of a customer-first event strategy and create impactful, educational experiences that showcase cutting-edge products? Reporting to the Sr. Director of Events, this role will plan, organize and execute in-person events focused on our roadshow and tier-1 events (Dreamforce, Gartner, etc). From concept to execution, you'll ensure every event delivers brand awareness, supports business growth and engages our customers and prospects. As a senior member of a growing team, we are looking for an experienced individual to drive programs cross functionally, provide mentorship, and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Strategy: Develop and execute global event strategies across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats, aligning with business objectives, brand positioning, and revenue goals.
Content Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop compelling content and engaging speakers.
End-to-End Execution: Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution while ensuring consistency and excellence across all events.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to align event goals, content, and brand messaging with business priorities.
Performance Optimization: Manage budgets, track ROI, and use analytics to measure success and enhance future events.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong record in planning and executing in-house and third-party events.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Self-starter with a proactive, independent work style who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with a balance of tactical and strategic execution, including effective budget and ROI management.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and Salesforce CRM.
Travel up to 25% of the time.

Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
