You'll manage your sales pipeline, engage with potential clients, and collaborate with our Operations Team to ensure seamless event execution.
Key Responsibilities: - Be an Event Sales Wizard: Respond to all event inquiries promptly and turn them into memorable booked events. Understand the unique features of our exceptional venues and communicate effectively with clients.
- Aim for Excellence: Meet and exceed your individual sales goals while supporting your team in achieving theirs.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team: Work closely with the Director of Sales, lead meetings, and ensure our on-site operations deliver a flawless experience.
- Guide the Client Journey: Provide engaging venue tours for clients, manage event planning details, and build strong relationships for future engagements.
- Stay Flexible: Be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate our busy event seasons.
- Be Ready for Action: Stay connected with the team via video calls, always prepared to showcase your professionalism and enthusiasm.
About You: You're a seasoned sales professional with management experience who thrives on challenge and values feedback. Competitive by nature, you strive to exceed goals while uplifting your team. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and commitment to guest service transform ordinary events into extraordinary celebrations.
Desired Skills: - 3+ years of sales experience (event sales and multi-unit experience is a plus)
- 1+ years in a management role
- Proficient in using CRM tools
- Skilled in technology such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Data-driven and feedback-oriented
- Strong time management and organizational abilities

Requirements: Must be able to travel once a year for the national sales conference.
