Job Details- Minimum of 3+ years of construction estimating experience.
- Strong leadership characteristics and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Advanced understanding of all bidding divisions, cost control, and knowledge of local trades preferred.
- Experience working for a GC/CM in commercial construction preferred.
