Senior Estimator

Senior Estimator - Commercial Construction Location: Philadelphia, PA (South Philly) About the Role/Company: We're partnered with a Competent and Trusted General Contracting Construction Company looking to expand their team onsite in South Philadelphia . We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sr. Estimator. In this role, you'll be working with building, renovations, and additions for these commercial projects (Hospitals and/or High Education Facilities). You'll be utilizing software like Bluebeam and Plainswift, as well as Excel. Specifics of the role:
•   7+ years of experience in construction estimating.
•   Experience working for a General Contractor on healthcare and/or higher education projects .
•   Proven experience with building, renovations, and additions .
•   Familiarity with Plainswift (or similar takeoff software) and its integration with Excel.
•   Working knowledge of Bluebeam for document review and takeoffs. What's in it for you?
