Our Houston based client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Environmental Engineer to join their team. If you have a passion for environmental protection and a deep understanding of Texas laws and compliance, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage environmental engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with Texas environmental laws and regulations.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical expertise in water, oil & gas, chemical, and renewable energy sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
- Prepare and review technical reports, permits, and regulatory documents.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in environmental engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Texas environmental laws and compliance requirements.
- Experience in water, oil & gas, chemical, and renewable energy sectors is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and completing environmental projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
