Description SAIC is seeking a highly motivated and tactical Enterprise Architect to coordinate change management process across a large government contract from within the CIO Office. This position serves as a pivotal team member in coordination of enterprise architecture and coordination of programmatic meetings and data ranging from change control management, artifacts, meetings, and timelines. The ideal candidate possesses superior analytical and problem-solving skills, operates independently with limited supervision and feedback, and can establish solid working relationships with management, technical staff and peers within the client's organization, as well as other external client customers. Provide enterprise architecture (EA) expertise in design and create, as well as coordinating and representing EA for the CIO organization. Bring expertise to define EA processes for the CIO organization. Work with a variety individuals including customers, management, and others. Manage and maintain that all EA changes are tracked. This includes online tracking system management in multiple systems and coordination with related parties. Other coordination as needed. Ensure all necessary artifacts required to deliver on the project effectively are successfully created, maintained, and are accurate. Ensure project reporting on EA progress and status is complete and delivered per requirements and deadlines. Coordinate across the client's organization to ensure problem resolution, task scheduling, new resource requirements, and task clarification are complete. Facilitate and participate in meetings and information sessions; coordinate project schedules; create/distribute minutes and action items; trace action items for successful completion. Qualifications Active TS/SCI with Poly is required Bachelor's and eight (8) years or more of related experience; Master's and six (6) years or more experience; PhD and four (4) years or more experience 14+ years of overall professional experience 3-5 years' experience within an IC Agency Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Architecture Demonstrated ability to compose and edit written materials independently Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships and effective communications using tact, patience, and courtesy Proficiency in standard office software and EA tools (i.e. MagicDraw, Cameo, Rhapsody, System Architect) Experience organizing and running meetings Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication and organizational skills Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, systems engineering, computer science Familiarity with federal EA program Certifications in TOGAF, UAF, SABSA or Zachman Framework Target salary range: $200,001 - $240,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
