This critical leadership role involves managing and mentoring a team of architects, ensuring alignment of their work with overall enterprise architectural strategies and business objectives. The successful candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise, data architecture & master data management knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into robust and scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of architects including an Information/Data Architect and a Technology/Solution Architect. Provide guidance, support, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Provide architecture strategy, solution and guidance to operationalize of data-centric architecture for Synergy initiative, ensuring alignment with overall enterprise architecture strategies.
  • Provide architecture guidance for the IS IT Enterprise Master Data Management Strategy. This includes defining data governance policies, identifying key data domains, creating conceptual data models and selecting and implementing appropriate MDM tools.
  • Provide a comprehensive migration strategy to consolidate different workstream platforms into one IS Operational Data Management Platform.
  • Collaborate with business and product teams to define business data domains, its ownership and guide to establish system of record and source of truth. Define architecture guiding principles for the IS Operation Data Platform.
  • Understand enterprise needs, define the technical stack, provide reference architecture patters for ingestion, processing and consumption with different systems
  • Support the PDO team's intake process, understanding business requirements, translating them into data and process-centric requirements, applying architectural principles, and provide technical solutions.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior management, business and IT teams, to articulate technical solutions, providing architecture guidance and manage expectations.
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in IT architecture, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing teams of architects.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise-level architectures for large-scale projects.
  • Deep understanding of various architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, DAMA, BizBok).
  • Strong understanding of both data-centric and technology architectures.
  • Data Engineering / Architecture experience in designing or implementing OLTP/RDBMS databases, or Data Warehouse or Data Marts
  • Experience in GCP technologies including Big Query, PostgreSQL, DBT, Cloud Run, Mongo DB
  • Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and tools.
  • Knowledge of creating data models using data modeling tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience with Industrial Systems (Product Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality).
  • Knowledge of PLM platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault 3D Experience).
  • Experience in dealing with external suppliers/vendors concerning consultancy and/or purchase solutions.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, API security, OAuth, SAML, OpenID, SSO, JWT, microservices architecture and implementation
  • Functional and Architecture Experience with one or more SAP platforms (e.g., ERP, MRP)
  • Ability to lead architecture design and deliverables for large-scale development programs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and achieve consensus among stakeholders.

Please note: This is a hybrid role, you are expected to relocate if you are not within commutable distance, and responsible to be on site at minimum 1-3 day per week
